Another benefit of pressure washing that is often overlooked is safety. Pressure washing in Houston I see a lot of slippery mold and mildew on sidewalks and near entrances to businesses. A little rain, a running kid or eld lady and BAM.....lawsuit. Makes pressure washing seem like an affordable solution!

The safety of property users should be paramount to property owners, property managers and business owners. Pressure washing is a key part in property maintenance, but perhaps as important is how it can affect a potential or existing customer's perception.
